10 Questions to answer before you go live on IFS Cloud. Driving adoption

The adoption target. Do you know what "adopted" means as a number, or are you counting logins and calling it success? Logins are attendance. Adoption is work getting done in the system.
Role clarity. Can each person name the three things they do in IFS Cloud on a Monday morning? Generic training teaches the software. It doesn't teach the job.
The workaround count. How many shadow spreadsheets are you planning to retire, and how will you know if they quietly come back? Every workaround baked in at go-live is a cost you pay monthly, forever, until someone finds it.
Time to competency. How long until a planner, a buyer, an AP clerk is fully productive, not just trained? Trained is a certificate. Competent is a throughput number.
The knowledge that walks. Who holds the tribal knowledge today, and what happens to your go-live if they take another job in month two? Knowledge walking out the door is the most expensive line item nobody budgets for.
Consultant exit. What's your plan to shrink external support hours after go-live instead of extending them? Dependency isn't a support model. It's a recurring invoice.
Reinforcement. What happens in weeks 4 through 12, after the go-live and the real questions start? Most enablement stops at the exact moment adoption is actually decided.
Ownership. Who owns adoption as a metric, with a name and a number, not "the project team"? What has no owner doesn't get measured. What doesn't get measured erodes.
The measurement you'll actually watch. Can you see, this quarter, whether transactions are happening in the system or around it? Usage dashboards flatter you. In-system task completion tells the truth.
The value story. Six months post go-live, can you show the board the return, or just the receipts? The license cost is easy to report. The value is what you fought for, and it lives entirely in adoption.
Answer all ten and you're rare. Can't answer them and it isn't a training problem; it's an enablement gap. There's a structured way to find and close it before it costs you. That's the work EPI-Change™ was built for.
Prefer not to answer these alone? Book a working session. We'll walk your ten and find the gap before it costs you.
