The mechanic talent shortage is only the tip of the iceberg. We believe the solution starts with clear career paths for mechanics -all the way to the top. While we have found a few, we’ve been hard pressed to find leaders that have worked up from mechanic level to senior positions. We will change that.

Our mission is to develop mechanics, provide career path growth while providing quality field service to fleets and equipment customers. We intend to provide mechanics with the means to be successful as business owners and employees. We will measure our success by the number of customers and mechanics we enable to sustainably maintain profitable businesses and career growth.
