Charlie spent 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring after a career spent making complex operations run through the people executing them. He carried that into senior fleet and operations management roles, and then into ERP consulting rising to Vice President of Implementation and Services.
The projects that struggled hadn't just outsourced the build. They'd outsourced the understanding.
