About the Role
If you are looking for a new adventure that challenges you and builds something different, this role may be for you. We are looking for individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and make a meaningful impact.
Who we are
CLER Solutions is a practitioner-built IFS Cloud ERP training and change management firm. We specialize in developing and delivering workforce-ready IFS Cloud training, built by people who have lived inside complex maintenance and field service environments. Our work is deeply tied to developing customer internal IFS Cloud Analysts and end-users.
What you'll do
Deliver IFS Cloud EAM and Field Service training to end users, super users, and process owners in structured sessions both remote and on-site.
Develop training materials: role-based job aids, system walkthroughs, quick reference guides, and scenario-based exercises.
Facilitate workshops and Q&A sessions, adapting delivery style to the audience from technicians to department managers.
Support curriculum development for our programs, translating real-world IFS EAM workflows into structured learning content.
Travel to client sites as the engagement requires you'll be present for the moments that matter.
What we're looking for
Hands-on IFS Cloud EAM experience. You've worked in the system. You know work orders, asset records, PM schedules, and how maintenance teams operate.
Real training ability. You can stand in front of a room, read the audience, and explain a complex process without losing people. This is not optional.
Field Service familiarity. Exposure to IFS FSM or field workforce scheduling is a strong plus.
Operational instinct. You understand why these processes exist and how to configure them.
Experience level
If you have 1–5 years of targeted IFS EAM or Field Service experience and the drive to teach what you know, you are the profile we want to talk to.
